Our Hefeweizen style beer is derived from traditionally unfiltered German wheat beers. It is brewed with a high percentage of Wheat Malt, Super Pale Malts and Pilsner malt. Fermented with a specialist Weiss yeast and enticingly light in colour this beer is malty and sweet, with tones of banana and clove on the nose!
